Why do I have to provide a personalised e-mail address instead of a generic one like [email protected]?
Users can only be registered with personalised e-mail addresses.
SBB Real Estate may not use the e-mail address you provide for unsolicited newsletters or advertising e-mails.
In principle, a portal with login is provided for each tenant and can always be deleted. However, the use of the cockpit is voluntary, unless otherwise specified in a rent agreement, for example. Your account will be deleted by us at the end of the tenancy. You can also request deletion at any time using the contact form.
The password can be reset on the login page using the “Forgot password” button. If your account is valid, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to reset your password.
What should I do if I’ve entered my password incorrectly multiple times and my account has been blocked?

The name of your rental agreement cannot be customised independently in the portal. However, the designation can be customised via the contact form (max. 40 characters) can be adapted. The name you have chosen will be used exclusively for the portal and will not be used for rent invoices, for example. The change will be visible at the latest with the next entry (following month).

Frequency data & further development
No frequency figures can be obtained via the portal. General frequency data is available at reporting.sbb.ch.

Sales input
Under the terms of the lease agreement, tenants are required to provide a sales report every month, which must be completed on time.
This obligation, if it exists, is specified in the rental agreement. The tenant is not obliged to make any further disclosures beyond what is stated in the rental agreement. Any changes to the collection of sales and receipt reports must be agreed upon by the tenant and SBB Real Estate in writing.
You can correct and overwrite any sales and receipt reports before they are invoiced as often as you wish. Once the annual statement has been submitted (each January/February the following year), the reports will be locked for processing and you will no longer be able to change them.
A mass upload via the portal is not possible. If you would like this, please get in touch using the contact form. We are happy to provide you with a mass upload file which can be sent to us independently of the portal.
